The pressure feels too strong
You experience pain, numbness or tingling
You feel dizzy, nauseous or unwell
The stones or towels feel too hot
You are uncomfortable with your position
You would like any part of the treatment changed or stopped
Massage should feel comfortable and therapeutic. You are always welcome to ask your therapist to adjust the pressure or stop the treatment at any time.
After treatment, we recommend:
Drinking water as needed
Taking your time when standing up after your massage
Avoiding strenuous activity immediately after a deeply relaxing or intensive massage
Contacting a healthcare professional if you develop any unusual or persistent symptoms
